The project involved construction of a dock of 620 m long and 5 m draft depth, 2 piers and 2 landing ramps at an average depth of 25 m.
In order to achieve the required depth for the dock, 120.000 m³ of sludge was dredged and 36.400 m³ of rockfill embankment was constructed behind the dock.

A total of 642 antifer blocks with dimensions of 3 x 3 x 1,5 m and a total of 34.750 m² geogrids were used for the dock construction. In this project, geogrids were laid in each layer.
For the piled pier construction, 21.578 lm of stone columns were installed and the soft ground with extremely low bearing capacity was improved.
Afterwards, 420 pieces of antifer blocks were placed in order to preload these stone columns, and a total of 10.000 m pipes were manufactured, and 204 pieces of steel pipe piles were driven.
A total of 4.000 m³ fill and seabed levelling was carried out with special equipment and divers in order to ensure that these antifer, which were placed at an average of 25 m on the sea floor, were placed on a flat surface.
A total of 375 lm of geosynthetics tubes installed underwater, in order to protect the levelling, the 40-degree-inclined seabed topography against any movements.
